The prices are for 7 persons. An increase of 50 euros/week per person will be aplied for groups with more than 7 persons (sofa bed in the living room). Total capacity of the villa: 9 persons. One cleaning per week, house linen. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros would be necessary. This deposit should be payed at the arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay. Booking conditions: 30% reservation. Balance should be payed 60 days before arrival.
